k1ga ("k1ga", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at https://k1ga.cam (the "Site"), an English-language online gaming information and review platform targeted primarily at users in Pakistan. k1ga retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity. Our general retention principles are as follows:

• Technical and usage data: Retained in identifiable form for a maximum of 26 months from the date of collection, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
• Email correspondence: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of last communication, or longer where required for legal proceedings or dispute resolution.
• Cookie data: Session cookies expire at the end of your browsing session. Persistent cookies expire in accordance with their specified duration, typically no longer than 13 months.
