• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Site that is not intended for public access, including administrative interfaces or backend systems;
• Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other technologically harmful material;
• Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related systems or networks;
• Systematically harvesting, scraping, crawling or extracting data from the Site without express prior written consent from k1ga;
• Using automated tools, bots, spiders or data mining software to access the Site;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content without express authorisation;
• Misrepresenting yourself, impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with k1ga or any operator;
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site's servers or infrastructure;
• Registering multiple Accounts in a manner designed to circumvent eligibility restrictions or exploit promotional offers;
• Using the Site for any money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud-related purpose; or

Reference to any third-party mark does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

You are permitted to print and download extracts of Content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that:

• No Content is modified in any way;

• k1ga's copyright and attribution notices remain intact.

Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use of Content requires explicit prior written approval from k1ga. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1ga expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9 and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.

k1ga may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Revisions take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

k1ga encourages you to review these Terms on each visit to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Where changes are material, we may take additional steps to draw them to your attention, but we are not obligated to provide individual notice of amendments to Terms of a general informational nature.

Your continued use of the Site after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Site.
